Tiene mote (ma\u00edz) como buen plato azuayo, y como corresponde a una cultura porc\u00f3fila, lleva chancho en diversas formas. Al parecer es tambi\u00e9n la capital nacional del Cuy.<\/p>\n<p>Los platos emblem\u00e1ticos de esta provincia son todos de mote: mote pillo, mote sucio y mote pata. \u00bfPara beber?
