Nuestro objetivo es que aprendas a cocinar mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Somos unos apasionados de la gastronom\u00eda y de la docencia. Nuestra relaci\u00f3n con la cocina es desde varios \u00e1ngulos: como cocineros, como comensales, como gente que intenta entender qu\u00e9 pasa cuando cocinamos (ciencia de los alimentos) y tambi\u00e9n por supuesto, como docentes, ense\u00f1\u00e1ndole en cursos y charlas a cocinar y a entender la cocina a otros.
