Hace unos d\u00edas conversando de nostalgias culinarias con un amigo sali\u00f3 el tema del lokshen kugel, y eso le gatill\u00f3 todas las memorias de comida jud\u00eda a <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/nuestro-proyecto\/marell\/\">Marell<\/a>. Se convirti\u00f3 en un plato t\u00edpico de los jud\u00edos, sobre todo de los de Europa oriental y es un plato t\u00edpico de Pesaj y de Shavuot. Tambi\u00e9n se escribe como Kigel.<\/p>\n<p>Recurrimos a las redes familiares, y la familia Weisser tuvo la buena onda de compartir su receta familiar con nosotros.
