Nos recuerda un chivito uruguayo m\u00e1s sencillo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Viene en dos variedades: al pan, con un costo de $8,00 y al plato, con un costo de $10,50. Quiz\u00e1 se nos quede alg\u00fan ingrediente en el tintero, pero s\u00f3lo lo devoramos: no lo revisamos mucho.<\/p>\n<p>El pan, como buen pan de Ambato: muy bueno. La carne deldad\u00edsima, que permite tranquilamente comerla con los dientes, buen queso, y los vegetales justos: dando sabor sin ser excesivos.<\/p>\n<p>El local, La Cigarra, nos encant\u00f3. Es un local tradicional, con horno de le\u00f1a (ya que el local es eminentemente una pizzer\u00eda), muy bien atendido, tranquilo, y si bien tiene un televisor, se puede conversar sin problemas. No es barato. Tampoco es caro.
