Un pollo-tocino.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1061\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1061\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1061\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/pollo-tocino-lado.jpg?resize=620%2C465\" alt=\"Esta es s\u00f3lo la mitad del s\u00e1nduche\" width=\"620\" height=\"465\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1061\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Esta es s\u00f3lo la mitad del s\u00e1nduche<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El s\u00e1nduche ven\u00eda presentado como un sub, envuelto en papel encerado y partido por la mitad con un corte diagonal.<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como la fama de la ciudad hac\u00eda esperar, el pan result\u00f3 excelente: una especie de baguette peque\u00f1a (en la carta especificaba que es de 20cm.) de corteza crujiente sin ser dura y miga blanda.<\/p>\n<p>El relleno: pollo en trozos, tocino de esos tocinos ecuatorianos que se acercan m\u00e1s al jam\u00f3n, de fuerte ahumado, lechuga, tomate y una salsa de la casa que es mayonesa con hierbas y qui\u00e9n sabe qu\u00e9 secretos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Muy bueno el s\u00e1nduche.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no s\u00f3lo los s\u00e1nduches y wraps conforman la carta del lugar: el caf\u00e9 estuvo excelente, y el chocolate caliente que pidi\u00f3 mi amada realmente superlativo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1056\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1056\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1056\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/chocolate.jpg?resize=620%2C465\" alt=\"Muy bueno el chocolate caliente.\" width=\"620\" height=\"465\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1056\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Muy bueno el chocolate caliente.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s tienen productos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/trufas-y-bombones-chocolerito\/\">Salinerito<\/a> \u2013una cooperativa agr\u00edcola cercana\u2013 que son maravillosos.
