En resumen, es un arroz con frutos secos. Entre par\u00e9ntesis, hemos tambi\u00e9n encontrado la sugerencia de que puede no ser un plato de Cachemira. Apenas sepamos m\u00e1s les contamos, pero por mientras s\u00ed sabemos que es delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Una funci\u00f3n interesante es que el Kashmiri Pulao sirve maravillosamente bien como <strong>arroz navide\u00f1o<\/strong>. href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/como-hacer-arroz-blanco-receta-de-marell\/\">arroz blanco<\/a>, ya cocido.<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, picada en <em>brunoise<\/em> (cuadritos)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/especias-la-alcaravea\/\">\u00a0semillas de alcaravea<\/a> (o en su defecto, de comino).<\/li>\n<li>100gr de frutas secas seg\u00fan nuestra preferencia, picadas<\/li>\n<li>50gr nueces o almendras, o una mezcla de ambas<\/li>\n<li>50gr pasas<\/li>\n<li>50gr mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro picado, para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dorar las nueces o almendras en la mantequilla junto con las semillas de alcaravea.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la cebolla y cocinar hasta que se vuelva transparente<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir las pasas y la fruta picada y saltear unos segundos<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el arroz y saltear<\/li>\n<li>Decorar con cilantro picado y
