Les contamos qu\u00e9 hemos hecho.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>El Problema<\/h2>\n<p>El problema es el mismo de siempre: pan de hot dog industrial, malas salchichas, mayonesa comercial, etc. Ya saben.<\/p>\n<h2>La Soluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n es encontrar buenos ingredientes: del resto nos encargamos nosotros.<\/p>\n<h2>El Pan<\/h2>\n<p>Encontramos excelente pan de hot dogs en una panader\u00eda llamada <strong>Europan Place<\/strong>, que queda en Sucre y Juan Montalvo. No s\u00f3lo tienen pan de hot dogs, sino tambi\u00e9n muchas otras variedades. Nos encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de emergencia, el pan marca <strong>Cyrano<\/strong> en bolsa es una digna alternativa para preparar hot dogs chilenos en Cuenca, y en general en Ecuador. Igual en caso de emergencia usamos marca Gustadina. Inferior, pero salva.<\/p>\n<p>Por ning\u00fan motivo utilizamos mayonesa marca La Europea. Tiene un gusto raro y desagradable.<\/p>\n<h2>El Chucrut<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed nos hemos topado con un problema. No hemos encontrado chucrut (o sauerkraut) en Ecuador, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/chucrut-o-sauerkraut-conserva-de-repollo\/\">as\u00ed es que lo hacemos nosotros<\/a>. Si puedes ayudarnos con alg\u00fan dato, lo agradeceremos. Nuestros completos, Reuben, etc. tambi\u00e9n lo agradecer\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>El Ketchup, mostaza, etc. no son un problema. Hay diversas marcas buenas.
