Claro: nos cambiamos desde el nivel del mar a m\u00e1s de 2.700 metros de altitud. Nos cambiamos de casa de nuevo, por lo que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/babel-v-pizza-no-pizza\/\">Babel V<\/a> fue una despedida, presentamos la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/guia-de-tecnicas-culinarias-ecuador\/\">Gu\u00eda de T\u00e9cnicas Culinarias<\/a> en Ecuador, que es el proyecto de la WACS y Nestl\u00e9 en el que estuvimos trabajando buena parte del a\u00f1o, y estuvimos trabajando masas sin gluten y cocina jud\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s le hicimos una reestructuraci\u00f3n importante al sitio web, que apenas se not\u00f3 (era la idea).
