En el siglo XV se reporta que se utilizaban como cura para la indigesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este pan de jengibre puede ser una galleta o un queque, dependiendo de su forma de preparaci\u00f3n. las galletas de jengibre<\/h2>\n<p>Para 20 galletas (dependiendo del cortapastas, por supuesto) los ingredientes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr de harina sin polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>100gr az\u00facar granulada<\/li>\n<li>75gr panela<\/li>\n<li>1cdta bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>\n<li>2cdtas jengibre en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1cdta canela en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1cdta pimienta de Jamaica en polvo<\/li>\n<li>125gr mantequilla a temperatura ambiente (no margarina, por piedad)<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>60gr miel de abeja (1\/4 de taza)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" El problema es no com\u00e9rselas inmediatamente, pero eso ya es cosa de la fuerza de voluntad de cada uno \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h2>Comentarios<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Las especias son un tema variable.
