Fue un encuentro afortunado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/purochileec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Puro Chile<\/a> es un local peque\u00f1o en Unidad Nacional con El Bat\u00e1n, sobre El Bat\u00e1n. En pan de hamburguesa, con la carne m\u00e1s bien gruesa y con harto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/las-reacciones-de-maillard-en-la-cocina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maillard<\/a>. Hay una barra adentro del local y mesas adentro y afuera. S\u00f3lo hemos ido de noche y est\u00e1 bien iluminado.<\/p>\n<p>En nuestras caminatas nocturnas de ve en cuando nos tentamos y pasamos a comernos algo. Ha sido siempre una buena experiencia, y la conversa es entretenida.
