Digamos que son primas pero no son lo mismo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Historia_de_la_hamburguesa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hamburguesa<\/strong> <\/a>consiste idealmente s\u00f3lo en carne molida, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>fricandela<\/strong>, por su parte, lleva carne molida, pan rallado o remojado en leche, cebolla, hierbas y condimentos, y se liga con huevo. El potencial problema de la frica es que la carne de puede &#8220;diluir&#8221; excesivamente con pan u otro almid\u00f3n y eso se nota y no es bienvenido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La frica tiene su origen en Europa del norte: Alemania y los pa\u00edses escandinavos y es una alb\u00f3ndiga\u00a0 ligada con pan y huevo y condimentada. A\u00f1adir el ajo, cocinar un minuto m\u00e1s. Dejar enfriar<\/li>\n<li>En un bol grande mezclar el resto de los ingredientes y amasar hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_11071\" aproximadamente 1cm m\u00e1s de di\u00e1metro que el del pan, para compensar la contracci\u00f3n al momento de cocinar.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar a la plancha 4 minutos por lado\n<p><figure
