Tocamos masa de fermentaci\u00f3n lenta (24-48 horas) y masa r\u00e1pida (de una hora). Proporciones, amasado, reposo, estirado, aditivos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La salsa<\/strong>. Salsa simple (italiana) y m\u00e1s elaborada (EE.UU.), ya sea a partir de tomates o a partir de concentrado. Ven\u00edamos con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/seminario-turismo-uniandes\/\">historia y ciencia de la pizza<\/a> fresquitas despu\u00e9s de la clase en Ambato, as\u00ed es que la conversaci\u00f3n se fue por esos derroteros: la pizza en la antig\u00fcedad, el vicio de la pizza, las quasi pizzas que existen, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros estudiantes internacionales se fueron muy motivados. Quiz\u00e1 hasta abran una pizzer\u00eda pronto.
