A principio del siglo XX, dice, hab\u00eda una serie de sandwiches de carne molida, con nombres varios. Una definici\u00f3n anterior de Sloppy Joe es cualquier restaurante de comida r\u00e1pida barato. Esto antes del advenimiento de las cadenas.<\/p>\n<p>Una versi\u00f3n en pan de hot-dog, con apio y pimiento verde adem\u00e1s de la cebolla se denomina <em>dynamite<\/em>, al menos en <a href=\"http:\/\/ripr.org\/post\/woonsockets-dynamite-sandwich#stream\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhode Island<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"procedimiento\">\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dorar la carne en el aceite en tandas. Reservar<\/li>\n<li>Sofre\u00edr la cebolla hasta que est\u00e9 transparente. A\u00f1adir el pimiento y el apio, si se utiliza. Cocinar dos minutos<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la carne, concentrado de tomate, az\u00facar, ketchup y salsa inglesa. Se puede usar zanahoria, ceboll\u00edn o lo que dicte el entendimiento<\/li>\n<li>Esta versi\u00f3n es poco l\u00edquida. La preferimos as\u00ed. La versi\u00f3n can\u00f3nica utiliza dos tazas de salsa de tomates y es poco manuable.<\/li>\n<li>Le llora alg\u00fan ingrediente que le de textura. Hemos pensado en ponerle queso y nachos adentro.<\/li>\n<li>Hablando de nachos, la verdad es que se parece bastante al Chili con carne, este relleno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfAlg\u00fan comentario o aporte sobre el Sloppy Joe?
