Ofrecen empanadas y jugo de coco, adem\u00e1s de hot-dogs. Lo que m\u00e1s nos interes\u00f3 fueron las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/cursos\/empanadas-chilenas\/\">empanadas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Variedades de Empanadas Chilenas<\/h2>\n<p>Ofrecen 4 variedades de empanadas chilenas (o no tanto).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>De carne<\/strong> (o sea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/empanadas-de-pino-tipicas-empanadas-chilenas\/\">empanadas de pino<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>De queso<\/strong> (hasta aqu\u00ed vamos bien)<\/li>\n<li><strong>De pollo<\/strong> (misterio que esta se catalogue como empanada chilena pero estaba buena)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Napolitana<\/strong>. La masa nos encant\u00f3<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La masa merece comentario aparte: muy delgada, con menos manteca y por ende un gluten m\u00e1s fuerte que el t\u00edpico, pero definitivamente un aporte. Nos encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La empanada de pino sin pasas ni aceitunas &#8220;porque la gente las bota&#8221; signo de adaptaci\u00f3n de las comidas. Sin aj\u00ed. Nos gust\u00f3 y nos hizo pensar.<\/p>\n<p>La empanada de queso fue una empanada buena, no fotografiada y con el queso de aqu\u00ed que no sabemos bien c\u00f3mo hacerlo calzar con el queso de all\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos contentos con el descubrimiento, sobre todo porque queda a menos de dos kil\u00f3metros de la casa, lo que nos permite disipar las culpas caminando.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caminando el otro d\u00eda encontramos un caf\u00e9 con buenas empanadas chilenas en Cuenca, Ecuador.\u00a0 Queda en Av. 12 de Abril con Av.
