Nos impresion\u00f3 particularmente el despliegue de los representantes de la provincia de Santo Domingo, tanto por su n\u00famero y alto nivel de organizaci\u00f3n como por su equipamiento y entusiasmo. Convirtieron el trabajo en una fiesta familiar.<\/p>\n<h2>Mapa Gastron\u00f3mico del Ecuador<\/h2>\n<p>Cada provincia est\u00e1 representada por un plato y una bebida. A\u00fan as\u00ed, llegaron casi todas las provincias, algunas con un comprensible retraso. Lo importante es que todo sali\u00f3 bien y todos nos adaptamos, como siempre, a la situaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Fue interesante ver a unos picando, otros montando, varios corriendo, otros llevando el estado de avance. Una ma\u00f1ana intensa pero muy entretenida, y esperamos que con resultados de buena calidad.
