Como para distraerse, \u00bfNo?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nosotros somos m\u00e1s de consumir chocolate y de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/categoria\/chocolate\/\">usar el chocolate para cocinar<\/a>. Excelente oportunidad para pasar a la pr\u00e1ctica. La teor\u00eda la ten\u00edamos por elaborar la documentaci\u00f3n para un curso de chocolater\u00eda en la Escuela de Alta Cocina Arte Chef hace unos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Alrededor de 25 asistentes al curso. S\u00f3lo un hombre entre los alumnos (Rodrigo). La clase la dict\u00f3 una pareja de instructores colombianos y nos gust\u00f3 la econom\u00eda de objetos utilizada para el curso. Trat\u00f3 sobre las propiedades del chocolate, diferencias entre chocolate real y suced\u00e1neos, curva de temperado del chocolate, temperado por siembra (que es un proceso elegante) y luego la producci\u00f3n de bombones rellenos, que fue la parte pr\u00e1ctica del curso. Efectivamente es un curso b\u00e1sico, que cumpli\u00f3 bien su cometido. Aprendimos y queremos seguir aprendiendo.
