Nos encontramos con nuestra colega <a href=\"http:\/\/capex.com.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Berny Vargas, de Capex<\/a>, y tuvimos una muy interesante conversaci\u00f3n sobre el rol de
