Volvimos, esta vez con un \u00e9nfasis en personas que trabajan en CIBV y en Bares escolares.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s tuvimos el agrado de dar nuestra clase en el Hotel Su Majestad, al aire libre al lado de la piscina. Es un excelente lugar para dar clases, sobre todo en la tarde. Este es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/cursos\/inocuidad-alimentaria\/\">uno de nuestros cursos fundamentales<\/a>, desde los cuales se construye. Al final, cuando llegaron todos, se arm\u00f3 una buena conversaci\u00f3n sobre el tema, y quedaron varias cosas claras, sobre todo las cinco claves de la OMS para la inocuidad alimentaria, que tan bien resumen lo que hay que saber al respecto.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"Wwqmhc\">Mantenga la limpieza.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Wwqmhc\">Separa alimentos crudos y cocinados.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Wwqmhc\">Cocine completamente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Wwqmhc\">Mantenga los alimentos a temperaturas seguras.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Wwqmhc\">Use agua y materias primas seguras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Todo el resto del curso es una introducci\u00f3n o una elaboraci\u00f3n de esto.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que les haya sido de utilidad el curso y que efectivamente sea un paso rumbo a la certificaci\u00f3n
