El jueves 22 de marzo ense\u00f1amos a preparar pizza en la escuela Cocachefs en Coca.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comenzamos conversando sobre qu\u00e9 es una pizza. De ah\u00ed pasamos a una breve historia de la misma (30.000 a\u00f1os o es gratis), y despu\u00e9s de esa breve introducci\u00f3n, nos metimos ya con las manos en la masa.<\/p>\n<figure asistentes experimentaran preparando sus propias pizzas y tiempo tambi\u00e9n para conversar sobre levadura, gluten, sal, queso, tomates y de la libertad que da la pizza.<\/p>\n<figure
