Marell explica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fue una conversaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica, interesante y con un grupo de asistentes con buen nivel de preparaci\u00f3n. Se mantienen creencias que hay que reemplazar (como la de las propiedades desinfectantes del vinagre), pero vemos con agrado que en Pastaza la gente que trabaja en servicios gastron\u00f3micos tiene
