Nuestra actual amiga In\u00e9s, entonces una desconocida, cont\u00f3 sobre un proyecto que requer\u00eda de un participante por provincia, con t\u00edtulo de tercer nivel. Nos trataron muy bien, son gente muy agradable y educada, sin excepci\u00f3n, y es un agrado trabajar con ellos y en sus maravillosas instalaciones. Adem\u00e1s nos dieron varios litros de caf\u00e9 y Tango pr\u00e1cticamente ilimitado.<\/p>\n<h2>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La gu\u00eda fue presentada en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/workshop-ciencia-cocina-quito\/\">Workshop Ciencia en la Cocina<\/a> en Quito el 10 de abril de 2018 y fue muy bien recibido.
