Falta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/nuestro-proyecto\/marell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marell<\/a> que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de la c\u00e1mara.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Como ya sabr\u00e1s, estuvimos buena parte del 2017 y principios del 2018 trabajando en la Gu\u00eda de T\u00e9cnicas Culinarias, precisamente representando a la provincia de Santa Elena. Tuvimos tambi\u00e9n la satisfacci\u00f3n de que se respet\u00f3 el c\u00f3digo de vestimenta solicitado. Se prepar\u00f3 un <em>souffl\u00e9<\/em> y se utiliz\u00f3 como eje para explicar una serie de conceptos de la f\u00edsica y la qu\u00edmica de la cocina.
