Originalmente no es una empanada, pero utiliza masa de empanada, y ahora al ser adaptada al hot-dog, pasa a ser un no-hot-dog convertido en hot-dog. Simple y llenador.<\/p>\n<p>La chaparrita &#8220;original&#8221; es salchicha y queso, envueltas en masa de empanada y horneado. Desde ah\u00ed debe de haber sido f\u00e1cil pasar al pan de hot-dog.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00edtica que le podemos hacer a la chaparrita es que es seca. Hay distintas variantes menos secas, como la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/as-turco-huevo-y-queso\/\">turca<\/a>, la brasile\u00f1a o la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/vienesa-rodeo-elevado-riesgo-cardiovascular\/\">rodeo<\/a> del Domin\u00f3, pero a\u00fan falta que llegue la forma ideal de comer salchichas con queso derretido sin que sea demasiado seco.
