La publicaci\u00f3n incluye tambi\u00e9n un glosario y otra informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Estamos muy contentos de haber podido participar en este proyecto: nos pueden encontrar en la p\u00e1gina 6, y pusimos nuestro granito de arena en la gastronom\u00eda del Azuay, regi\u00f3n en la que actualmente residimos.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos esta interesante publicaci\u00f3n, aunque venga de un poco
