{"id":12601,"date":"2018-06-04T11:27:45","date_gmt":"2018-06-04T16:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/?p=12601"},"modified":"2022-01-05T10:11:26","modified_gmt":"2022-01-05T15:11:26","slug":"sanduches-del-mundo-en-santa-elena-uniandes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/sanduches-del-mundo-en-santa-elena-uniandes\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e1nduches del Mundo en Santa Elena (UNIANDES)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El viernes 1 de junio muy temprano tuvimos el placer de dictar un curso de s\u00e1nduches del mundo a estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda de la universidad UNIANDES de Ambato en la Escuela de Alta Cocina Arte Chef en Santa Elena.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Iniciamos la clase de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/cursos\/sanduches-del-mundo\/\">s\u00e1nduches<\/a> con nuestros viejos c\u00f3mplices <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/histria-del-sandwich-ii-el-conde-de-sandwich\/\">John Montagu<\/a>, el rabino <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/historia-del-sandwich-i-el-rabino-hillel\/\">Hillel el viejo<\/a> y el an\u00f3nimo inventor del Rou Jia Mo. De ah\u00ed pasamos directamente a s\u00e1nduches varios, de diversas partes del mundo.
