Quiz\u00e1 las hamburguesas de Pil\u00f3n, de Popeye.<\/p>\n<p>El otro d\u00eda caminando por un <em>mall<\/em> encontramos un local de comida mexicana llamado <a title=\"Taconazo, comida mexicana en Ecuador\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/taconazoec\" target=\"_blank\">Taconazo<\/a>. Nos llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n que ten\u00edan una selecci\u00f3n de tortas incluyendo la ya mentada torta de jam\u00f3n. \u00a0Llevados por la curiosidad, la pedimos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1267\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1267\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1267\" alt=\"torta-de-lado\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/torta-de-lado.jpg?resize=700%2C420&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"700\" height=\"420\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1267\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">As\u00ed lleg\u00f3 nuestra torta de jam\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ven\u00eda en una bandeja con algunos nachos. Sin abrir la torta vimos que ten\u00eda lechuga, jam\u00f3n, tomate y mayonesa, en un pan que podr\u00edamos describir como pan franc\u00e9s. La torta ven\u00eda con aj\u00ed y guacamole en pocillos para que el comensal complete el aderezo.<\/p>\n<p>Es un s\u00e1nguche que nos gust\u00f3 mucho. Buena relaci\u00f3n entre ingredientes y pan, grado de humedad justo. Es muy, muy probable que no sea una <em>torta de jam\u00f3n can\u00f3nica<\/em>, si es que existe semejante cosa, pero estuvo muy buena.<\/p>\n<p>A nosotros nos encant\u00f3, y creemos que si a alguien no le gusta es simplemente cosa de acusarlo con su mam\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encontramos la m\u00edtica torta de jam\u00f3n del Chavo del 8 en un local llamado Taconazo en un mall de Quito.
