Puede no existir, como en las aplicaciones m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicas del sous vide en que el g\u00e9nero va literalmente al vac\u00edo, o se puede poner interesante.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En este caso, se pone interesante. Viendo <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.chefsteps.com\/collections\/joule-ready\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la nueva l\u00ednea de productos Joule ready, de ChefSteps<\/a>, nos inspiramos para utilizar la salsa de un guiso como l\u00edquido de gobierno. \u00bfQu\u00e9 mejor que hacer la prueba con uno de nuestros favoritos, el <a producto del pimiento y no del tomate (bueno: confesamos haber puesto un poco de tomate), y aparte, picamos y doramos la carne de res (no usamos cordero esta vez).<\/p>\n<p>En una bolsa Ziploc, pusimos la carne picada y dorada, la salsa (estabilizada con un 0,15% de Xantana) y el desglaseado de la sart\u00e9n en que doramos la carne.<\/p>\n<p>Dos horas de cocci\u00f3n <a Es sumamente simple y c\u00f3modo, y se viene una serie de experimentos preparando l\u00edquidos de gobierno con anticipaci\u00f3n.
