Lo que s\u00ed est\u00e1 claro es que es una galleta alemana, muy especiada y que deriva de los panes de miel egipcios y romanos. La idea es disolver el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar hasta que est\u00e9 tibio<\/li>\n<li>Batir y a\u00f1adir el huevo y la margarina. Integrar.<\/li>\n<li>Aparte mezclar y tamizar los ingredientes secos<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar los secos con la mezcla de miel hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea. Ser\u00e1 pegajosa<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerar en una bolsa pl\u00e1stica al menos 3 horas, e idealmente toda la noche<\/li>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Sacar la masa de la bolsa y extender en un rect\u00e1ngulo del tama\u00f1o de la bandeja de horno que utilizaremos (30x45cm en este caso)<\/li>\n<li>Poner papel de horno en la bandeja y luego la masa, cuidando de que no se quiebre<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 20min, o hasta que un palito salga seco<\/li>\n<li>Mientras se hornea preparar el glaseado, mezclando az\u00facar impalpable y l\u00edquido<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 listo el Lebkuchen, sacar del horno y extender la mitad del glaseado con una brocha. Dejar enfriar hasta que este tibio<\/li>\n<li>Extender la otra mitad del glaseado y dejar enfriar completamente, y solidificar el glaseado.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar en rombos u otra forma que se desee.<\/li>\n<li>Idealmente dejar reposar en un recipiente cerrado hasta el d\u00eda siguiente para una mejor textura.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Comentarios<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>La mezcla de especias es una de tantas posibilidades. Tambi\u00e9n podemos utilizar cardamomo, an\u00eds en grano, pimienta de Jamaica, etc. Es cosa de gustos.<\/li>\n<li>Podemos picar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/receta-naranjitas-con-chocolate-estamos-en-problemas\/\">c\u00e1scara de naranja confitada<\/a>, jengibre confitado u otras frutas confitadas muy finamente e incorporar en la masa.<\/li>\n<li>Podemos decorar con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/glaseado-real\/\">glaseado real<\/a> en vez de glasear directamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo las preparas tu?
