En general son especias del invierno boreal, con funci\u00f3n preservante, que cambian de casa en casa y de receta en receta.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta es una versi\u00f3n de las especias para galletas alemanas (Lebkuchengew\u00fcrz). Recordemos que hay tantas versiones como cocineros.
