Es un curry vegetariano estilo mughlai (mongol) preparado con 9 vegetales, o 9 ingredientes, pero como le\u00edmos hace poco &#8220;la tradici\u00f3n no es m\u00e1s que presi\u00f3n de pares de gente muerta.&#8221; Sint\u00e1monos libres de adaptar esta receta.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los <em>korma<\/em> son todos guisos de cocci\u00f3n lenta en una salsa espesa, usualmente espesada con almendras, caj\u00fa, nuecces o una mezcla de ellas. Tiene la suficiente flexibilidad para incorporar los vegetales que tengas sin perder nada. En este utilizamos una mezcla de zanahoria, coliflor, br\u00f3coli, arvejas y ma\u00edz fresco en grano.
