{"id":1397,"date":"2014-08-30T15:14:16","date_gmt":"2014-08-30T18:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sanguchologia.org\/?p=1397"},"modified":"2021-12-14T22:19:58","modified_gmt":"2021-12-15T03:19:58","slug":"banh-mi-segunda-aproximacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/banh-mi-segunda-aproximacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Banh Mi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ha pasado alg\u00fan tiempo desde que hicimos<a title=\"Banh Mi \u2013 Primera Aproximaci\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/banh-mi-primera-aproximacion\/\"> Banh Mi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy hemos vuelto a hacer, \u00a0y fue una excelente idea.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1404\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/banhmi-top.jpg?resize=700%2C500\" alt=\"banhmi-top\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"destacado\">Este sandwich es parte de nuestro curso <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cursos\/sanduches-del-mundo\/\">S\u00e1nduches del Mundo<\/a>, que dictamos en Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>Banh Mi<\/em> es un s\u00e1nguche de origen vietnamita. <em>Banh<\/em> ser\u00eda &#8220;pan&#8221;en el idioma local, y <em>mi<\/em> es trigo. <em>Banh Mi<\/em> quiere decir casi siempre\u00a0<em>baguette<\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la metonimia, <em>Banh Mi<\/em> es tambi\u00e9n un s\u00e1nguche que amalgama los saberes culinarios de la Francia invasora y de la Indochina local. En general, ya que las variaciones son legi\u00f3n, el <em>Banh Mi<\/em> consiste en cerdo en diferentes formas, mayonesa, salsa de soya, vegetales encurtidos, cilantro y aj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Banh M\u00ed con chancho preprocesado<\/h2>\n<p>Este<em> Banh Mi<\/em> fue fruto de la pereza. Definitivamente lo haremos m\u00e1s seguido ahora. Utilizar cilantro en abundancia fue un acierto.
