Algunos puntos importantes son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El <em>baguette<\/em>, pasado por el horno para que vuelva a estar crujiente si es que no est\u00e1 fresqu\u00edsimo.<\/li>\n<li>Las berenjenas, repetimos, fritas en aceite de oliva con un par de dientes de ajo picados.<\/li>\n<li><em>Mozarella<\/em> o mejor a\u00fan, un queso igualmente blando y derretible, pero con m\u00e1s car\u00e1cter.<\/li>\n<li>Generosidad con las hojas de albahaca.
