Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1418\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/dobladita.jpg?resize=700%2C500&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"dobladita\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hoy pasando por Pedro de Valdivia con Nueva Providencia me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n un local que, para mi era nuevo, llamado La Mensajer\u00eda, ubicado atr\u00e1s de la iglesia ortodoxa, donde antes hab\u00eda comida china.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pas\u00e9 a almorzar. El boliche se especializa en empanadas. Las hay de horno, fritas DIY, pero tambi\u00e9n hay pastel de choclo, ensaladas y sandwich en dobladita, que fue lo que me emocion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Pregunt\u00e9 y me dijeron que era grande, as\u00ed que ped\u00ed el de sobrecostilla asada, queso, lechuga, tomate, aj\u00ed y mayo.<\/p>\n<p>Tuve que cortarlo en dos para poderlo tomar con la mano -como es debido- ya que pesa harto, ya la resistencia estructural de la dobladita no era suficiente. Trae como una pulgada de carne, rica, blanda y en trozos gruesos. El queso no se ve, pero se saborea ya que viene fundido en los intersticios de la carne. El aj\u00ed es para macho recio. Me pareci\u00f3 que tra\u00eda algo de maleza (r\u00facula).<\/p>\n<p>Estaba s\u00faper weno. La dobladita definitivamente es un buen aporte.<\/p>\n<p>Viene con papas fritas (sorpresa, ya que no se indica en la carta) y a mi juicio est\u00e1n de m\u00e1s.<br \/>\nEl sandwich cuesta $4.700, el que acompa\u00f1ado con limonada con albahaca y propina resulta en un almuerzo de 7 lucas.<\/p>\n<p>El local est\u00e1 lindo, con ventanales hacia la cocina, donde se ve el horno empanadero.<\/p>\n<p>La nota final, una <strong>W<\/strong>, de weno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e1nguche de sobrecostilla asada en dobladita, de La Mensajer\u00eda, en Providencia, Santiago de Chile.
