Hemos sido autorizados por Worldchefs para dictar el curso de Sostenibilidad para profesionales culinarios.<\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Mundial de Sociedades de Chefs (Worldchefs) ha tomado partido por la sostenibilidad mediante la iniciativa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtofeedtheplanet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Feed the Planet<\/em><\/a>, y ha desarrollado un curriculum de <strong>Educaci\u00f3n para la Sostenibilidad para Profesionales Culinarios<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las razones para desarrollar este curso son poderosas y provinen de una introspecci\u00f3n sobre la huella ambiental de nuestra actividad como cocineros.
