En resumen la historia es algo as\u00ed como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Sikbag<\/em> persa. s. VI DC<\/li>\n<li><em>Al-sikbaj<\/em> \u00e1rabe\/andalus\u00ed, Edad Media<\/li>\n<li>Escabeche espa\u00f1ol, Edad Media y renacimiento<\/li>\n<li>Criollizaci\u00f3n en Per\u00fa<\/li>\n<li><em>Seviche<\/em>, 1820<\/li>\n<li>Adaptaciones locales<\/li>\n<li>Posibles evoluciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No entraremos en mayor detalle porque hay un art\u00edculo que viene al respecto. Naturaleza humana e identidad en acci\u00f3n, que son obst\u00e1culos para la narraci\u00f3n de la historia de los platos.<\/p>\n<p>Mencionamos tambi\u00e9n eleentos paralelos al ceviche como el <em>kinilaw<\/em> filipino y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/poke-una-especie-de-ceviche-hawaiano\/\"><em>poke<\/em> <\/a>hawaiano. Una hip\u00f3tesis sostiene que el ceviche podr\u00eda haber llegado a M\u00e9xico en forma de <em>kinilaw<\/em> a bordo del gale\u00f3n de Manila.
