Fuimos sin \u00e9l, muajajaja<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El lugar se llama <strong>Herencia Chilena<\/strong>, y se ubica en Providencia con Los Leones (cerquita del Hogs) donde antes hab\u00eda una joyer\u00eda que se traslad\u00f3 al Costanera Center. Aprovechando la infraestructura de lujo (jam\u00e1s hab\u00eda comido un s\u00e1nguche bajo la protecci\u00f3n de vidrios blindados), hicieron un local con una\u00a0est\u00e9tica similar a la del Liguria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hay s\u00e1nguches de plateada, mechada, costillar, pernil, arrollado, lomito, churrasco, hamburguesa y pollo, en modelos \u00fanicos por tipo de carne. En general llevan queso fundido, cebolla caramelizada (para pesar de mi acompa\u00f1ante) y alguna otra cosa.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tienen hartos tipos de cervezas artesanales, que no probamos para no llegar con el tufo a la pega. Si tomamos limonadas con frambuesa y albahaca.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hay una b\u00fasqueda, pero le falta algo para ganarse el derecho a cobrar 7 lucas por el sandwich.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Yo com\u00ed un &#8220;Las Delicias&#8221; de plateada con queso fundido y champi\u00f1ones. Rico, bien rico. La Kika comi\u00f3 un churrasco que me gust\u00f3 m\u00e1s a mi que a ella, por la cantidad de ali\u00f1os. Estaba bueno, pero mejor el de la plateada.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Vale la pena pasar a conocerlo.
