carnes de res y de chancho con distintos puntos y tratamientos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las salsas fueron:<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Chimichurri<\/li>\n<li>Gremolata<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de champignones<\/li>\n<li>Glaseado de soya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hablamos sobre maridajes entre carnes y vino.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor, como siempre, fue comer.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14336\"
