En el tema de nutrici\u00f3n hablamos de macronutientes, micronutrientes, fitoqu\u00edmicos, requerimientos diarios y porcentajes diarios en colaciones escolares. Luego realizamos una semblanza del tema sostenibilidad, y hablamos de cocina de aprovechamiento, que para nuestra cultura no es nada nuevo, y tambi\u00e9n de c\u00f3mo incentivar el tema y tambi\u00e9n como aportar m\u00e1s vegetales en la dieta sin que se note mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Tratamos bares escolares, preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos en general y algo de administraci\u00f3n. Fue un muy buen curso y quedamos felices de haber vuelto a visitar Azogues.<\/p>\n<p>Quedamos tambi\u00e9n muy favorablemente impresionados por el desarrollo gastronomico que vimos en la ciudad.
