de la Comida en Loja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como una celebraci\u00f3n anticipada del d\u00eda del Chef, realizamos el taller <strong>H\u00e9roes de la Comida<\/strong> en la ciudad de Loja, en el Colegio T\u00e9cnico Daniel \u00c1lvarez Burneo, a estudiantes de Producci\u00f3n Agropecuaria y de Procesamiento de Alimentos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14545\" de una hora de duraci\u00f3n y ense\u00f1a los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/es\/objetivos-de-desarrollo-sostenible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">objetivos globales de desarrollo sustentable<\/a>, con \u00e9nfasis en el punto <strong>12.3: Reducir el desperdicio alimentario a la mitad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Nuestros H\u00e9roes de la participaron con entusiasmo y arte, dibujando su cena del d\u00eda anterior, reflexionando sobre la distancia recorrida por sus alimentos, el pl\u00e1stico utilizado en su empaque y el comercio justo respecto, y luego se trabaj\u00f3 en desarrollar y seleccionar iniciativas de consumo responsable. Cada participante escogi\u00f3 las tres que m\u00e1s le interesaron y se comprometi\u00f3 con ellas, y tambi\u00e9n a ense\u00f1ar sobre consumo sustentable a sus cercanos.<\/p>\n<p><img producci\u00f3n sostenible<\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo n\u00famero 12 tiene las siguientes metas:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>12.1<\/b>\u00a0Aplicar el Marco Decenal de Programas sobre Modalidades de Consumo y Producci\u00f3n Sostenibles, con la participaci\u00f3n de todos los pa\u00edses y bajo el liderazgo de los pa\u00edses desarrollados, teniendo en cuenta el grado de desarrollo y las capacidades de los pa\u00edses en desarrollo<\/p>\n<p><b>12.2<\/b>\u00a0De aqu\u00ed a 2030, lograr la gesti\u00f3n sostenible y el uso eficiente de los recursos naturales<\/p>\n<p><b>12.3<\/b>\u00a0De aqu\u00ed a 2030, reducir a la mitad el desperdicio de alimentos per capita mundial en la venta al por menor y a nivel de los consumidores y reducir las p\u00e9rdidas de alimentos en las cadenas de producci\u00f3n y suministro, incluidas las p\u00e9rdidas posteriores a la cosecha<\/p>\n<p><b>12.4<\/b>\u00a0De aqu\u00ed a 2020, lograr la gesti\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gicamente racional de los productos qu\u00edmicos y de todos los desechos a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, de conformidad con los marcos internacionales convenidos, y reducir significativamente su liberaci\u00f3n a la atm\u00f3sfera, el agua y el suelo a fin de minimizar sus efectos adversos en la salud humana y el medio ambiente<\/p>\n<p><b>12.5<\/b>\u00a0De aqu\u00ed a 2030, reducir considerablemente la generaci\u00f3n de desechos mediante actividades de prevenci\u00f3n, reducci\u00f3n, reciclado y reutilizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><b>12.6<\/b>\u00a0Alentar a las empresas, en especial las grandes empresas y las empresas transnacionales, a que adopten pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles e incorporen informaci\u00f3n sobre la sostenibilidad en su ciclo de presentaci\u00f3n de informes<\/p>\n<p><b>12.7<\/b>\u00a0Promover pr\u00e1cticas de adquisici\u00f3n p\u00fablica que sean sostenibles, de conformidad con las pol\u00edticas y prioridades nacionales<\/p>\n<p><b>12.8<\/b>\u00a0De aqu\u00ed a 2030, asegurar que las personas de todo el mundo tengan la informaci\u00f3n y los conocimientos pertinentes para el desarrollo sostenible y los estilos de vida en armon\u00eda con la naturaleza<\/p>\n<p><b>12.a<\/b>\u00a0Ayudar a los pa\u00edses en desarrollo a fortalecer su capacidad cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica para avanzar hacia modalidades de consumo y producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenibles<\/p>\n<p><b>12.b<\/b>\u00a0Elaborar y aplicar instrumentos para vigilar los efectos en el desarrollo sostenible, a fin de lograr un turismo sostenible que cree puestos de trabajo y promueva la cultura y los productos locales<\/p>\n<p><b>12.c<\/b> Racionalizar los subsidios ineficientes a los combustibles f\u00f3siles que fomentan el consumo antiecon\u00f3mico eliminando las distorsiones del mercado, de acuerdo con las circunstancias nacionales, incluso mediante la reestructuraci\u00f3n de los sistemas tributarios y la eliminaci\u00f3n gradual de los subsidios perjudiciales, cuando existan, para reflejar su impacto ambiental, teniendo plenamente en cuenta las necesidades y condiciones espec\u00edficas de los pa\u00edses en desarrollo y minimizando los posibles efectos adversos en su desarrollo, de manera que se proteja a los pobres y a las comunidades afectadas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La meta en que nos centramos es la 12.3. <em>De aqu\u00ed a 2030, reducir a la mitad el desperdicio de alimentos per capita mundial en la venta al por menor y a nivel de los consumidores y reducir las p\u00e9rdidas de alimentos en las cadenas de producci\u00f3n y suministro, incluidas las p\u00e9rdidas posteriores a la cosecha<\/em>.
