Escuela Gastron\u00f3mica de Manab\u00ed y la <a href=\"https:\/\/utm.edu.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Manab\u00ed<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Hacia un Ceviche Propiamente Ecuatoriano<\/h2>\n<p>Como Le-Fort.org expusimos un avance de investigaci\u00f3n que estamos realizando en conjunto con profesores de la ESPOCH sobre una caracterizaci\u00f3n de exponer. Quedamos muy contentos y con nuevas ideas para mejorar el proyecto.<\/p>\n<h2>Propuestas de Postres con Sabores Manabitas<\/h2>\n<p>La chef Nancy Armijos se luci\u00f3 con propuestas enga\u00f1osamente simples con productos cl\u00e1sicos de Manab\u00ed, no muy dulces y cuidando el perfil nutricional.
