En nuestro caso fue un pavo de A\u00f1o Nuevo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1459\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1459\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1459\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/pavos-luco.jpg?resize=960%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"S\u00e1nguche Pavo's Luco\" width=\"960\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1459\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">S\u00e1nguche Pavo&#8217;s Luco<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Doramos el pavo en la sart\u00e9n, con un poquito de la salsa que se hace con los jugos del pavo, doramos tambi\u00e9n el pan de molde (la sart\u00e9n es grande) y derretimos el queso en la misma sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Un punto importante es utilizar la salsa del pavo para impedir que el s\u00e1nguche quede seco.
