Te contamos como prepararlo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finalmente conseguimos preparar en casa un Barros Jarpa sin nada que envidiarle a un Barros Jarpa de Fuente de Soda. Te contamos como.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Necesitamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dos rebanadas de pan de molde fresco<\/li>\n<li>Dos lonchas del mejor jam\u00f3n al que tengamos acceso<\/li>\n<li>Dos l\u00e1minas de queso que se derrita bien. En este caso utilizamos mozarella, que si bien no es la mejor soluci\u00f3n, es perfectamente adecuado, sobre todo para quienes vivimos fuera de Chile.<\/li>\n<li>Una sart\u00e9n lo m\u00e1s grande posible, para sustituir a la\u00a0plancha de fuente de soda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1466\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1466\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1466\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/sarten-no-plancha.jpg?resize=960%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Reemplazaremos a la plancha de fuente de soda con una sart\u00e9n.\" width=\"960\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1466\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Reemplazaremos a la plancha de fuente de soda con una sart\u00e9n. Noten que tiene un poquito de aceite.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Si el jam\u00f3n est\u00e1 demasiado salado, l\u00e1vemoslo. No nos gustan los fiambres demasiado salados porque se roban el sabor del s\u00e1nguche.<\/p>\n<p>Doremos el jam\u00f3n en la sart\u00e9n aceitada.
