Fue con sorpresa que en una receta vimos la crema Namelaka, e investigando encontramos un producto muy interesante, que en verdad no es tan nuevo, pero que se nos hab\u00eda pasado por alto. Aprendamos un poco m\u00e1s sobre la crema Namelaka.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>La Crema Namelaka<\/h2>\n<p>Namelaka quiere decir &#8220;cremoso&#8221; en japon\u00e9s, y la crema fue desarrollada en la escuela de chocolater\u00eda de <a href=\"https:\/\/inter.valrhona.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Valrhona<\/a> alrededor del a\u00f1o 2010. Se describe como un h\u00edbrido entre <em>ganache<\/em> y <em>panna cotta<\/em>. Para nosotros es un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/gel-fluido-de-agar-agar\/\">gel fluido<\/a>. De hecho, el video de Valrhona utilizan una boquilla rectangular que es la envidia de muchos, incluy\u00e9ndonos.
