Qu\u00e9date en casa y cu\u00eddate a ti y a los tuyos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es un pan f\u00e1cil, que requiere de unas horas para estar listo, por lo que es bueno planificar el procedimiento, e integrarlo en las rutinas del aislamiento social. Cada 15 minutos, Doblar todos los extremos sobre el centro del bol y volver a tapar (esto desarrolla el gluten).<\/li>\n<li>Cuando haya pasado una hora(cuatro dobleces) dividir la masa en dos y dar forma de rect\u00e1ngulo, del largo del molde. Enrollar sobre s\u00ed misma.<\/li>\n<li>Poner en los moldes aceitados, con la costura hacia abajo.<\/li>\n<li>Aplastar la masa para que la masa tome la forma del molde, evitando en lo posible que quede aire entre la masa y el molde.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir la masa con un poco de aceite, con las manos aceitadas. Dejar leudar hasta que la masa llegue a 3\/4 de la altura del molde.<\/li>\n<li>Unos 15 minutos antes de que el pan est\u00e9 leudado, precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Meter el pan al horno, e inmediatamente bajar a 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 45 minutos.
