Nuestras disculpas. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La receta data de 1938, y fue cedida a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nestle.com\/brands\/allbrands\/toll-house\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nestl\u00e9<\/a> por un d\u00f3lar y una provisi\u00f3n vitalicia de chocolate para la producci\u00f3n en el Toll House Inn, donde se desarroll\u00f3 la receta.<\/p>\n<p><img harina sin polvos de hornear (2 tazas y 2 cucharadas)<\/li>\n<li>1cdta bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>\n<li>1cdta sal<\/li>\n<li>220g mantequilla o margarina (1 taza)<\/li>\n<li>180g az\u00facar blanca, granulada (3\/4 taza)<\/li>\n<li>180g az\u00facar morena (3\/4 taza)<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos grandes<\/li>\n<li>1cdta esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>200g chispas de chocolate (2 tazas) o chocolate picado<\/li>\n<li>100g nueces picadas (1 taza) &#8211; opcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 190\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Combinar los secos en un cuenco. Reservar<\/li>\n<li>Batir la mantequilla y las az\u00facares hasta cremar. A\u00f1adir los huevos de a uno, batiendo hasta incorporar.
