{"id":15061,"date":"2020-10-02T16:03:30","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T21:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/?p=15061"},"modified":"2020-10-03T13:19:48","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T18:19:48","slug":"proyecto-origenes-asociacion-de-chefs-del-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/proyecto-origenes-asociacion-de-chefs-del-ecuador\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecto Or\u00edgenes, de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Chefs del Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En d\u00edas recientes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elcomercio.com\/sabores\/diners-sitio-origenesdelecuador-gastronomia-historia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">se hizo p\u00fablica<\/a> una muy buena iniciativa de la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Chefs del Ecuador<\/strong>: el libro del proyecto Or\u00edgenes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n de Chefs del Ecuador realiza y colabora en publicaciones. Algunas de ellas son la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/guia-de-tecnicas-culinarias\/\">Gu\u00eda de T\u00e9cnicas Culinarias<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/mapa-gastronomico-del-ecuador\/\">Mapa Gastron\u00f3mico del Ecuador<\/a>; y el \u00faltimo trabajo, que lleva desarroll\u00e1ndose en forma silenciosa por largo tiempo, sali\u00f3 a la luz.<\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n seleccion\u00f3, y luego coordin\u00f3 el trabajo de m\u00e1s de 300 cocineros de todo Ecuador.
