{"id":1515,"date":"2011-10-11T08:00:03","date_gmt":"2011-10-11T12:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.duarte.cl\/?p=1515"},"modified":"2013-07-09T13:52:33","modified_gmt":"2013-07-09T13:52:33","slug":"el-ceviche-en-nicaragua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/el-ceviche-en-nicaragua\/","title":{"rendered":"El Ceviche en Nicaragua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hemos dedicado no poco tiempo al ceviche en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros pasos nos han tra\u00eddo a Nicaragua, que como corresponde, tiene una personalidad propia en lo que a ceviche respecta.<\/p>\n<p>Lo hemos probado en Las ciudades de Masaya y Altagracia, y nos ha gustado en ambos casos.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1516\" title=\"Ceviche\" alt=\"Ceviche Nicarag\u00fcense\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/P1240463.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><!--more-->El ceviche que hemos probado es de mojarra \u2013pez de lago\u2013 y tiene m\u00e1s cebolla, menos lim\u00f3n, piment\u00f3n verde, cilantro coyote (gracias Diego Mollenhauer por darnos el nombre), apio y lechuga, y lo sirven \u2013al igual que en Colombia\u2013 con un paquete de galletitas de soda al lado.<\/p>\n<p>Es una variante interesante, y la mojarra es un muy buen pescado: firme y consistente.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1517\" title=\"comiendoceviche\" alt=\"Ceviche en galletita\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/P1240464.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/>Si bien preferimos el ceviche peruano, el nicarag\u00fcense nos encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ceviche Nicarag\u00fcense es un poco distinto al peruano, chileno o ecuatoriano, y es muy bueno.
