Posiblemente la pr\u00f3xima vez utilicemos adem\u00e1s pimiento morr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"receta\"><\/a>Vamos a la receta:<\/p>\n<h2>Receta de Tortilla de Papas Rellena de Jam\u00f3n y Queso<\/h2>\n<p>Para una tortilla de 20cm de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600g de papas peladas y cortadas en dados de 1,5cm<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla grande, cortada en dados<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<li>5 huevos<\/li>\n<li>100g queso que se derrita. Nosotros utilizamos queso cremoso y funcion\u00f3 perfecto<\/li>\n<li>4 l\u00e1minas de jam\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Equipo y utensilios<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Molde antiadherente de 20cm de di\u00e1metro y 5cm de alto<\/li>\n<li>Sart\u00e9n, horno, y utensilios usuales en una cocina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Fre\u00edr las papas y la cebolla, en tandas si es necesario. Primero fre\u00edr las papas unos 10 minuutos y luego a\u00f1adir la cebolla. Reservar cuando las papas comiencen a dorarse y la cebolla comience a tostarse<\/li>\n<li>Batir los huevos. Salpimentar ligeramente<\/li>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar las papas con el huevo e incorporar bien<\/li>\n<li>Poner la mitad de las papas en el molde de horno. Alisar bien<\/li>\n<li>Poner el jam\u00f3n y el queso sobre las papas, dejando el borde sin jam\u00f3n ni queso. As\u00ed se permite que la tortilla cierre bien.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir el jam\u00f3n y el queso con la otra mitad de la mezcla de papas y huevo. Alisar<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 20 minutos a 180\u00b0C.
