{"id":1555,"date":"2011-10-13T19:14:56","date_gmt":"2011-10-13T23:14:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.duarte.cl\/?p=1555"},"modified":"2015-05-06T08:38:38","modified_gmt":"2015-05-06T13:38:38","slug":"receta-de-falafel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/receta-de-falafel\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Falafel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los <em>Falafel<\/em> son alb\u00f3ndigas de legumbres (garbanzo, habas, etc.) y no parecen ser hechos de legumbres.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s de un antilegumbres se ha convertido gracias al falafel, y son muy buenos.<\/p>\n<h2><!--more-->Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tazas de garbanzos, crudos, remojados desde el d\u00eda anterior<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla, finamente picada<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de bicarbonato<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de cayena molida<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de taza de cilantro picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Moler todos los ingredientes en una procesadora de alimentos hasta obtener una pasta moldeable pero corpuscular.
