Esta receta es una de las mejores que hemos probado, y hemos combinado la l\u00f3gica de utilizar poca harina de la receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/cooking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/10782-katharine-hepburns-brownies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Katharine Hepburn<\/a>, con la mezcla de az\u00facares de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookingchanneltv.com\/recipes\/alton-brown\/brownies-reloaded-5518201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alton Brown<\/a> y la espuma de huevo (<em>p\u00e2te \u00e0 bombe<\/em> +merengue italiano) de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefsteps.com\/activities\/ultimate-chocolate-caramel-brownie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chefsteps<\/a>. Batir hasta que llegue a temperatura ambiente, unos 10 minutos<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la mantequilla de a poco. Es normal que la espuma se baje<\/li>\n<li>Apagar la batidora y a\u00f1adir los secos cernidos. Batir lentamente hasta incorporar.
